Service Description
Our trial appointments are designed to bring your vision to life before your special day. Whether you’re preparing for a wedding, quinceañera, photoshoot, or another special occasion, this personalized session allows us to explore your desired look, discuss your preferences, and make any necessary adjustments to ensure you feel confident and beautiful. Trials may include hairstyling, makeup application, or a combination of both, depending on your individual needs and requested services. Please Note: Trial pricing varies based on the services selected, desired style, hair length, complexity, and overall preparation required. Trial appointments are separate from your event-day services and do not automatically include your event-day booking.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing The Couture Lifestyle! Please review the following important appointment policies: • Cancellations: Appointments may be canceled up to 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service total. • Rebooking Fee: If you cancel your appointment more than once, a $35 rebooking fee will be added to your next appointment. • Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Payment: The remaining balance must be paid by card only. A receipt will be provided and must be signed at the end of your service. • Late Policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late, a $30 late fee will be added to your service total. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be automatically canceled. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Your time and our time are valuable—thank you for respecting our policies!
